Accra Hearts of Oak has announced the termination of the contract of its head coach, Kim Grant.
This follows series are tussles between the management of the club and the coach.
The announcement which was posted on the football clubs social media handles read ” Accra Hearts of Oak and Director of Football Kim Grant have parted ways. Edward Nii Odoom takes over with immediate effect as the head coach. The club would like to ask for continuous support for Coach Odoom and we wish Coach Grant the very best in his future endeavours”.
However, supporters of the club are of the view that the sack is unnecessary because over the years the fortunes of the club keeps retrogressing.
They expressed their sentiments in series of replies to the tweet that announced the termination of his contract.
