this is a continental airline so offcourse its going to be small plane (with no business class)with no USB port. It's the same thing with European continental flights. I have taken flights from London to Amsterdam and Greece and both did not have a USB charging point, some did not even have businessclass, I took Transavia, BMI, KLM city hopper, and Ryan air.

Charging point?, be real my dear, find out the model of this flight, it's an Embraer 900 very old model equipment that has even been banned in some countries. You cannot expect alot.
