Angelique Kidjo album, Celia has been adjudged ‘Best World Music Album’ at the 2020 Grammy Awards.

She beat off stiff opposition from Burna Boy (African Giant), Altin Gün (Gece), Bokanté & Metropole Orkest Conducted By Jules Buckley (What Heat) and Nathalie Joachim with Spektral Quartet (Fanm D’Ayiti).

This win sums Angelique Kidjo‘s GRAMMY wins to four.
