Man blames ‘aboki’s’ libido booster for raping 22-year-old woman to death

An accused person has blamed a locally prepared aphrodisiac for triggering his unbridled libido leading to him raping a 22-year-old lady to death in a rather bizarre manner.

Boshi Jasmen, 26, who confessed to police officers that he
had indeed raped the lady to death blamed his actions on a powerful aphrodisiac
concoction sold to him by popular drug vender known as “aboki”.

“I didn’t intend to kill her please, it is the banana,
groundnut and honey introduced to us by one Aboki that made me lose control.” He
confessed

He also revealed that he ganged-raped the victim with two
accomplices who managed to escape when the police swooped on them.

The lady, according to close relatives, was indisposed and
had booked an appointment with a doctor only to be accosted on the way, dragged
into a nearby bush and violently raped, which led to her untimely death.

Mr Jasmen, who hails from Benue State in Nigeria said that upon consuming the potent drug, he was unable to restrain himself from sexual attacking the lady no matter how he tried.

The suspected rapist is in police custody assisting in
investigations while there is a man-hunt for the other two accomplices said to
be on the run.
