A member of the Communication Team of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr. Jamaludeen A. Abdullah has accused Baah Acheamfour of being a traitor and engaging in an agenda to destroy certain personalities within the party.
Mr. Abdullah who was speaking on issues concerning the dirty games played by others just to win internal elections said, “at times, some of our people descend so low into the gutters during internal elections that ends up hurting the party.”
He used Baah Acheamfour as an illustration. “Baah Acheamfour was created specifically for internal issues until his agenda against Nana Addo failed and he left the party”.
It will recall that, Mr. Acheamfour used to speak against the President Nana Addo and also leveled all kinds of accusations against his person. He was even allegedly used by the NDC to engage in a missionary kind of propaganda in the Ashanti region moving from 1 constituency to the other to spread lies and also counter the “People’s Forum” programme by Ash fm few months to election 2016.
“Baah seems to have made that his official means of earning, he was paid to destroy people and even the President who was then a flagbearer wasn’t left out. We have picked up intelligence of him resurrecting to do the same against certain candidates across the country.”
Mr. Abdullah in his assertion said, he picked intelligence Baah Achemfour would be used for dirty work 2 weeks ago against the likes of Hon. Ayew Afriyie of Effiduase Asokore in the Ashanti region, Bannasco Amponsah of Asikuma Odoben Brakwa, Habib Iddrisu of Tolon in the Northern Region, Hon. Yaw Baubeng Asamoah of Adenta in the Greater Accra and many others.
“Baah has been given a peanut to destroy the fortunes of these innocent and hardworking aspirants with cooked lies and propaganda. Unfortunately, Baah doesn’t have the integrity to help his contractors achieve their aim. The payment made to him has gone waste”
Mr. Abdullah called one delegate to be focused and give their mandate to aspirants who can help improve the votes drastically in the constituency and national for the likes of Baah do not have the party at heart and that is why he left the NPP.
